hey everyone welcome back to my channel I am literally so excited about today's video because I'm doing a collab with my friend April most of you guys know her I'm sure if you guys remember quite some time ago now it feels like we were both pregnant around the same time together so she actually announced her pregnancy before mine liam is just a little bit older than Laci and she and masters a little bit before mine and when she announced her so I was just like oh my gosh I'm gonna be doing this soon too and so I was like watching her videos like it was my job and I was watching all of her pregnancy updates I was watching all of her vlogs and it was so cool to see her going through pregnancy at the same time as myself but he was just a little bit older so I would like watch her videos and like kind of figure out how my pregnancy was going to progress and watch you know everything she was going through so it was so cool I feel like in a way that we kind of went through that together and I just we've been talking like non-stop since we decided to do this video and I just I just love her so much she is literally the most bubbly happy if you're having a bad day or anything just go to her Channel basically what we're going to be doing is showing you guys some fun toddler activities mine I haven't seen her video yet but mine are on the cheap side so if you're like me and you're a mom on a budget this summer I have some really fun activities to share with you guys that will be really really fun for your little one good for you know sensory and learning and developing and all that kind of stuff I've got a healthy snack I've got some fun little painting ideas some outdoor activities and stuff like that and really just thing to keep your kids having fun and entertained if you have not subscribed to April and you have been living under a rock can I say that very endearing and very kindly but if you have not heard of her channel you must go subscribe because she's amazing I'm telling you she will literally just make your heart happy she is such I don't know like she just glows happiness I don't know how she does it like I want some of it to rub off on me she's just happy all the time and I love it so anyway if you guys are not familiar with her channel which I'm sure most of you are if you're not links in the description box I'll have all the info about her video and everything you guys need to know to find her so please do that after you've watched this video I feel like I'm just talking way too much now so I'm gonna go ahead and jump on into the video if you guys want to see what I did then just stay tuned alright so like I said these are really cheap and easy ideas the first one is just a regular old Chuck drawing painting whatever you wouldn't call it I just got these little Crayola it's just a chalk kit and I got it for like 250 I think at Target so it was super cheap and it kept her entertained forever she had such a fun time and obviously she's not doing any Picasso but she was just drawing down to my colors and just you know making different designs and stuff like that so it's a lot of fun for us to do you can do this in your driveway on your patio if you have one on the sidewalk wherever I just put a little blanket down for her cuz it was a little bit hot and obviously concrete is not that fun to sit on but she was having the all right so I really wish I could take credit his text idea but I cannot I found this on Pinterest and basically all you're going to need is some kid finger paints some tape and some freezer bags what you're gonna do is take these paints I think I got these for like $3 or something so all this was really inexpensive and it's like 10 paints I got the neon ones because I figured that would be really fun for her and all you're gonna do is basically just open up this ziplock bag and then you're going to put little dollops of whatever paint color you choose into the bag so I am just picking some random colors here I did not use all of them I just used about five or six of them but I just put a little dot of each color it's just not real close but not too far so that she can kind of smear them together and as you'll see I'm just adding oh the other thing I wanted to say while I'm adding these in you can put this on the coffee table on a little kids table if you have one like a little activity table I've even seen pictures of people taping these to the windows the light could shine through so that was a really cool idea I just ended up putting this on the coffee table because it's right after level so that was perfect then I'm just smashing all the air out and sealing it up and then I'm just going to tape all four sides originally I only take two sides and then she found the gap and was like trying to pull it off the table so definitely make sure that you tape all four sides and she was absolutely loving this I cannot even explain to you how much fun she was having doing this and you know at the beginning I kind of had to show her what to do but after she saw me doing it she was like all about it and she is in this little phase right now you guys were she is kissing anything she really likes so you saw her just been town and kiss it and this is lacy approved all right you guys so if you follow me on my blog channel then you have already seen this idea but this is the kiddie pool play area and I just got this at Target for like $20 and this is supposed to be our dining room technically but we just pumped this up and put some toys in there for her and some random shoes sure how those got in there but this is such an awesome idea you guys if you know you're a mom trying to like clean up after your kids and doing anything like in the kitchen making food answering a phone call anything where you just kind of need them to be contained for a little bit and happy and having fun so you just fill it up and they can't get out and it's just absolutely perfect I love this idea it was so much fun and she loved it so all around this one was also a win and it also makes a good little daddy and maybe a nap tanning area like I said we pumped this up on Father's Day and they both fell asleep and there by the end of the night it was so cute so the next thing we're going to be making is some popsicles and this is going to be such a fun little healthy snack I am using blueberries pineapple chunks and mango and they are all frozen basically I'm just going to be dumping some of these into a blender I did not have exact measurements at all I just decided to dump whatever I felt like into the blender so I just added about the same amount of each thing and then I took some rice milk and add that in I normally use almond milk but this is all I had and it still turned out just fine but you're going to want to add a lot of this so that when you blend it it's a really liquidy consistency so you can pour it into your popsicle molds really easily so then you're just going to let it blend up until it is SuperDuper smooth and then we're going to be pouring it into our little popsicle molds okay you guys so how cute is this I found this popsicle mold on Amazon for like fifteen or sixteen dollars and I thought I was getting the smaller one for liking a kid sized one but I don't know I don't know if I clicked the wrong thing or they just sent the wrong thing but regardless it all worked out so I am just filling this up with my fruit mixture and again this is just a really easy healthy snack and perfect for the summer time to cool down and I made a huge mess right here you guys and I just had to leave it in because no one is perfect and this was my first rodeo so after that you just pop the lids in and make sure is really secure because otherwise it can kind of seep out and you need to make sure that you only go to the fill line which I didn't do a very good job of but then you just pop in the freezer for several hours and then you can enjoy it afterwards with your little one and it's a fun snack for both of you she loved it and clearly she wanted me to try some of her stew but I thought they were really good again it's healthy for you and it's healthy for your little ones so I thought it was a really fun idea and that is actually it for this video you guys I hope you enjoyed it don't forget to go over and check out a post video and subscribe to our Channel I will have her video linked down below it is also on the screen right here at the very bottom my previous video is at the top if you enjoyed this video
