💖How to manifest better by letting go of the past💖


feel the love in the woods so one of the first rules of manifesting is being able to really feel the emotions of what you want to happen and when you can really feel those emotions of what you want to happen and align that with your body really believing that that experience has already happened then you start to draw those things to you now if you’re living in the past or you’re living in a stressed State then you can’t really feel those emotions about what that future is going to be feeling like for you you can’t wholly allow yourself to project into the future because part of you is still living in the past your emotions on your day-to-day basis are living in the past either with anxiety depression or just letting an incident or an event hold you back so you’re still partially living in the past so if you’re still partially living in the past through your thought process how can you project yourself into the future how can you really fully allow yourself to visualize that future on an emotional level and with your body so that’s where RTT comes in because RTT is an amazing way to get to the root cause of what is holding you back and it enables you to let go of those things holding you back whether they be events or situations that have happened with certain people or if they’re things like anxiety or depression or behaviors that are holding you back let’s say addictions so RTT really gets to the root cause it gives you the understanding and it enables you to let them go so then you can really start creating from a place of freedom you can really start projecting yourself into your future really believing in that future on an emotional level and in your body so that those two things align and then you’re absolutely free to magnetize that future to you like you’re already living it you
